Hi, I'm Heidi, a trained massage therapist and healthcare professional. I graduated as a massage therapist in December 2024, and I recently deepened my expertise through a specialist qualification in sports massage, which I graduated in summer 2026.
As a massage therapist, I believe in providing an individual approach and truly listening to each client's needs. In my treatments, I aim to identify the underlying causes of symptoms rather than focusing solely on relieving them. My approach is calm and I always adapt my massage techniques to the client's wishes and individual situation. When necessary, I can also recommend further treatment or refer you to another healthcare professional for an assessment.
With two previous healthcare qualifications—as a practical nurse and a registered nurse—I have a strong understanding of how the body works and of the different needs of clients. My years of experience working in healthcare have given me valuable experience with a wide range of client groups, and these experiences support my work as a massage therapist.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors and relaxing on long walks while listening to a good audiobook or music. These activities help me stay energized and balanced in my work as well.
I work part-time at Rocksari and also offer home visits as a self-employed massage therapist. Book an appointment and let's meet for a massage!
