I am on my 40's and at the beginning of my second career. I graduated as a massage therapist and sports massage therapist in Helsinki in 2018 and completed my Specialist Vocational Qualification in 2022, specializing in sports massage.
Working as a massage therapist is my dream profession. I am fully present for every client I treat. My massage techniques are firm yet gentle. I strive to identify the root causes of problems rather than simply treating symptoms. When necessary, I refer clients to other professionals who may be better suited to help. Pain relief, however, is usually my first priority, and I aim to find effective solutions to ease discomfort. I use a wide range of massage techniques, and when the goal of the treatment is relaxation, my approach is tailored accordingly.
In my free time, I mainly enjoy spending time with my family. I am an active person and always eager to try new things. Every season brings its own favorite activities, which often fill even the last remaining hours of my day. You will most likely find me hiking in the fells, cycling on country roads, paddling on the Ounasjoki River, or snowshoeing through winter landscapes. Over the years, I have learned to focus on the things that truly matter to me, and in doing so, I have learned to enjoy life to the fullest.
