Services: Classical Massage
I'm Jasmin, or Jasu to friends, a physiotherapist from Rovaniemi. I graduated in 2024 and have since worked in the public healthcare sector. Now it's time to take the next step into entrepreneurship, and in August 2026 I'll be joining the Rocksari team. I offer classic massage, incorporating trigger point and fascia techniques, various mobilisation techniques, and a rehabilitative approach.
My strengths include a client-centred approach, empathy, and strong hands-on skills. My massages are always tailored to the individual, and I carefully address areas of pain or discomfort. As a physiotherapist, I look at the body as a whole. Sometimes the cause of a symptom can be located somewhere other than the area where the pain is felt, which is why my broad understanding of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics is an important part of my approach. I'm particularly interested in further developing my manual therapy skills, which is why I'm starting a specialist qualification in massage therapy at REDU. I'm always eager to learn and develop my skills, both in hands-on techniques and theoretical knowledge.
In my free time, I enjoy staying active. Strength training is especially close to my heart, as are outdoor activities such as running, cross-country skiing, and mountain biking. I also enjoy reading and watching old TV series and movies, and I like going hiking and exploring the outdoors when I'm on holiday.
