I began my studies in massage therapy at Vuokatti Sports Institute in 2019 and graduated in December 2020. Immediately afterwards, I continued my education alongside work at Redu in Rovaniemi, where I completed the Further Vocational Qualification in Massage Therapy in the spring of 2022. My greatest professional interests are temporomandibular disorders (TMD), pain management, and the functioning of the nervous system.

As a massage therapist, I still consider myself to be at the beginning of my professional journey, which means I have plenty of enthusiasm and motivation to keep learning. In my view, a massage therapist is never truly finished learning—there is always more to study, discover, and understand. My goal is to help my clients achieve the best possible well-being and live with as little pain as possible, while also referring them to other healthcare professionals whenever needed.

During the summer and winter seasons, you may also find me working as a wilderness guide and leading outdoor and physical activity sessions.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my dog and staying active through various forms of exercise. Nature-based adventures, cabin life, and fishing are some of my favorite ways to spend time outdoors. I also enjoy spending time with my family. We recently welcomed our first child, who has quickly become the center of our everyday adventures. On the other hand, when I need a break from spontaneous adventures, I am just as happy to curl up under a blanket and watch my favorite TV series. Without a doubt, winter is my favorite season.
